Descriptions: Vaporider collects description data from the product manufacturers, product sales reps, product information books, websites, PDFs, and information provided to us by brands or manufacturers. In some instances there are misspellings or misprints by the brand or manufactures and Vaproider shall not be liable for any misrepresentations. 
2. Labels: Brands may have a lack of information, misinformation, or leave out details that may been required by individuals, by organizations, or by governing agencies / jurisdictions, Vaproider shall not be held liable for products’ it sells with label matter that maybe misinforming or misleading. 
3. Colors: Colors of products, labels, product boxes, carton colors, or actual product color may alter per user’s device screen or may alter from what’s actually delivered or received. This may occur due to several circumstances such as screen settings, light portions when product images are taken for uploading, or images provided by individual brands 
4. Ingredients: Some brands, manufactures, or products may not disclose the full list of ingredients featured in their products or solutions. Vaporider cannot be held liable for the lack of information provided by the brands, manufactures, or products it sells. Some brands, manufactures, or products may not present ingredients, levels of ingredients, or accurate ingredient descriptions. Vaporider shall not be held liable for this lack of information provided to us.  
5. Modifications: Products sold by Vaporider are not modified, edited, or adjusted by Vaproider. While product images or product descriptions maybe altered by Vaporider to fit or better work on our website. We cannot be held responsible for misrepresentation of visuals or information by Vaporider. 

 

SECTION 6 - AGE VERIFICATION

All users and customers of our website must be 21 years of age or older. At first introduction of our website by user, they are met with an age verification input where the user and or customer must enter their exact date of birth. This age verification input is not tracked in our system. Upon ordering, users/customers must input their date of birth. Upon package delivery, the shipping carrier shall verify the users / customers age before delivering the package. 

 

SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PRICES

We reserve the right to modify or change prices without notice. We reserve the right to modify, cease, discontinue, or archive any products, services, or prices per any circumstance. Our e-commerce platform has automatic Fraud detection and has the right to decline or refuse purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Cookie data is not directly accessible by Vaporider.

Vaporider does reserve the right to use third-party services in order to process and deliver your order. We use third-party services such as our shipping portals, shipping carrier services, user tracking softwares, payment authorization screen services, payment gateways, and or other not mentioned

Vaoprider reserves the right to sell various brands of products, however Vaporider is not responsible for any claims, litigations, lawsuits, or countermeasures taken against individual against/brands. Vaporider as a distributor is not liable or responsible for any actions taken against individual brands or merchants.

Vaporider has the responsibility to be aware of any and all product harmfulness, misinformation, or defectiveness. However, Vaporider cannot be held responsible if Vaporider is unaware of any circumstances or situations. If you discover any defects or errors in the Product, please notify us immediately for our records and reporting. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any defects or errors as soon as possible within our control.
